Rihaku Dreamy Cloud Nigori Sake

Rihaku was the first producer to challenge the reputation of nigori as being thick and unrefined by making Japan‘s first dry, light nigori. The delicate pressing of this sake and the low milling rate (58%) add incredible layers of complexity.

An amazing seafood and cheese pairing. Round and creamy with beautiful acidity and complex depth of flavors:roasted nuts, dark plum and a citrus peel finish.
