A native of Angers, Thomas Batardier was not born into a winemaking family spending time working as a cinematographer for films before being drawn into the wine world.
He took on his first real apprenticeship with Mathieu Vallée at Château Yvonne, while also taking the Viticulture course in Beaune from 2009 to 2011
This wine sits on it’s lees until summer in stainless steel tanks. Rich, stone fruit driven, with a salty, mineral finish
