The newest creation from Amaury. With only 0.88ha of his own, he's decided to buy fruit from trusted friends who farm according to his standards. For these bottles he will be listing the name of the grower on the front, Loic Naudiot, in this case. It is 100% organic-certified Pinot Noir on Kimmeridgian from 2020 fermented and aged the same way as his Jardinot - 20 months in a combination of demi-muids and barrels.

This wine has a sharper edge than the other releases showing the talent Amaury has in capturing terroir.

'De Quoi Te Meles Tu?'is the name of the grape parcel and roughly translates to "What are you involving yourself in?".
